BECOME A DOCENT TODAY
AT BRENAU UNIVERSITY GALLERIES
Brenau Galleries docents serve as interpreters of the gallery’s exhibitions, helping to give the visitor a deeper understanding and appreciation of the artwork. Through guided tours, docents provide gallery visitors with a unique and engaging educational experience.
Brenau Galleries docents are ordinary people with a passion for learning and engaging with a wide variety of audiences. The program is open to everyone– from art history experts to beginners.

The Brenau University Docent Program is composed of community members who work with University staff in learning about, promoting, and sharing Brenau’s extensive art collection, exhibitions, and galleries with the wider community.
